Q: How can I register on Juzp?
A: You can register at https://juzp.com/ You need to choose a nickname. The system will tell you if your chosen nickname is available.

After entering your email, birth date, gender, and password, and accepting Juzp's user agreement, click “Register” to complete the process.

You will receive a confirmation email. After confirming, you can access your account.

Q: I registered but didn’t get the confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Usually, confirmation emails are sent without problems. First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes the email provider blocks messages from Juzp.

If you still can’t find the email or entered your email incorrectly, don’t worry. Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 7 days, so you can try registering again with the same nickname.

Q: I completed 10 entries but I don’t see myself in the newcomer approval queue. What should I do?
A: After completing 10 entries, it may take some time for your name to appear in the newcomer approval queue. Updates can take a while.

Q: In the newcomer approval queue, my position goes up and down. Why?
A: The queue shows users who logged in on that day in order. If someone completed 10 entries before you but logs in after you on that day, they can move ahead of you in the queue. This causes the position to fluctuate.

Q: I registered and write entries, but they don’t show. What can I do?
A: Your entries are pending approval because your account is not yet approved as a writer. Once your turn comes, your entries (including those written as a newcomer) will become visible if your account is approved.

Q: While in newcomer approval, I suddenly got a message saying “You are not in the newcomer approval because you didn’t complete 10 entries,” and my entries disappeared. What now?
A: Your entries were reviewed but your writer status was not approved. Once you complete 10 entries again, you will be re-added to the newcomer approval queue. Your old entries are deleted, but you may rewrite the ones you think meet the format.

Q: After completing 10 entries and joining newcomer approval, can I write more entries? Will this affect my position?
A: Writing more than 10 entries does not affect your position in the newcomer approval queue positively or negatively.

Q: How long will I wait to become a writer?
A: Due to the number of newcomers, we can’t estimate how long it will take to review your entries and approve you. But rest assured, the team keeps working to process approvals quickly.

Q: Can I change my nickname?
A: Unfortunately, nickname changes are not possible. However, you can create a new account with a new nickname if you want.

Q: When I try to log in, I get “Access to this account is blocked.” What does it mean?
A: Unfortunately, your account was banned. You can learn the reason from the moderation history sent to your email.

Q: I want to write under a topic, but it redirects me to another topic. What can I do?
A: If a topic has only one entry and that entry is only a "see also" reference, the topic redirects to the referenced topic. If you must write under the redirected topic, click the "*" icon next to the topic to write there.

Q: I followed a topic, but it moved to another topic. Now I can’t unfollow it. What should I do?
A: The moved topic will have a "*" icon next to it. Click it to go back to the original topic you followed, then you can unfollow from there.
